“Howdy! My name is Ariana Gonzalez and I am the daughter of Dr. Ronnie and Myra Gonzalez. I was named valedictorian of my 2022 graduating class at Navasota High School. I have participated and held leadership positions in my local and county 4-H clubs for the past 8 years. Most recently, I was elected President of the Navasota 4-H Club and was the district representative for Grimes County to District 9 of Texas 4-H. I have been on the Navasota Diamonettes dance team since my freshman year, helping our team win a state championship this past school year. During my senior year at Navasota High School, I was elected to serve as the President of the National Honor Society, Vice President of Student Council and also participated as a member of the Leo Club. In the Fall of 2022 I will be attending Texas A&M University to major in Engineering. My goal is to pursue a career in Biomedical Engineering. I hope to create medical devices to help people.”
