“Ethan Pham, is attending Rice University with plans to major in either biochemistry or computer science. He is on a pre-med track and hopes to attend medical school after obtaining his undergraduate degree. As a junior in high school, Ehtan was very fortunate to work in a biochemistry lab at Texas A&M University, which sparked his passion for the subject. He hopes to get a similar research position in college while exploring his interests in both natural science and computer science, a subject he was recently introduced to over the summer. Ethan’s love for community service and helping others led him to pursue a future in medicine. In high school, he worked as a math tutor, volunteered at his local hospital, and participated in clubs such as NHS and Student Council. He is looking forward to continuing tutoring in college, as well as joining clubs such as Habitat for Humanity and the Coalition for Hunger and Homelessness”
